Drop-in visits are recommended for pets who need a check in while their owner is at work or away for the day. A 15 minute drop-in is perfect for a quick potty break on the lawn, feeding time, or a shy kitty visit. A 30 minute drop-in is great for a dog who needs a longer walk or a pet that loves some extra attention. Also great for guinea pigs, gerbils, hamsters, fish, parrots, parakeets, etc.. Each visit is catered to you and your pet's needs.
*NEW* - 20 minute drop-ins! Perfect for when your pet needs a feeding and quick walk around the block. Also a great option on very hot Summer days when your dog still needs to get out for a walk but 30 minutes is a tad too long.
Rain or shine! Our dogs need to go potty and get their daily exercise no matter what the weather. Dog walks are available in 15 minute increments from the short potty breaks, all the way up to the 60 minute "tire me out" walk.
***Please ask about inclement weather policies.
Vacation visits are recommended for pets who would prefer the comforts of their own home while their owners are away for business or pleasure. Visits provide potty breaks, feedings, fresh water, administering oral medications, if needed, and lots of snuggles. In addition, your mail, newspapers, and packages are brought inside your home. Taking out trash bins, alternating lights/blinds, and securing your home by making it look lived in. Vacation visits are usually 15 or 30 minutes long but can be longer depending on your preferences and are catered to you and your pet's needs. Also great for guinea pigs, gerbils, hamsters, fish, parrots, parakeets, etc.

For as long as I can remember, I have loved animals. When I was in elementary school, I would glance out my classroom window and watch one of the neighbors walk their dachshund only to daydream that I was walking one of my own. Growing up in an apartment complex, dogs were not allowed, but I had my sweet tabby cat, Tiger. For years, I longed to have a dachshund of my own and now I do.
My love of animals lead me to volunteer at the SPCA of Wake County and the Animal Protection Society of Durham where I was able to spend my time walking and caring for dogs that were waiting to be adopted. I gained invaluable experience from some of the behavioral training that I received and from the variety of breeds that I cared for.
Although I have a special place in my heart for dachshunds, I love all dogs big and small, all animals for that matter. I will treat your fur babies with the love and care as if they were one of my own. Whether it's long walks, playing, feeding, or just some cuddle time; the safety, health, and happiness of your animals are always my main concerns.
I have experience with puppies, senior cats and dogs, and pets who just need some extra patience and attention. I am licensed and fully insured. If you are interested, I provide complimentary meet and greets so that you and your pet can get to know me before any visit is scheduled. The best part is that I am just minutes away; a resident member of the Brier Creek CC since 2003!
Fully insured and Red Cross Pet First Aid/CPR certified.
